Ant control
Ant trails along a bench, wall or outdoor area can help show where activity is occurring. Tell us which rooms or outdoor spaces are affected and whether the ants keep returning. Include recent treatment attempts so we can discuss your enquiry with that context.
Spider control
Contact ProShield about spider activity around your home or business. Mention whether you are seeing spiders indoors, webs around windows and eaves, or activity in a garage or shed. Ask which areas and any web-removal work are included in the proposed service.
Wasp control
Tell us where you are seeing wasps and whether there is a suspected nest near an entrance, roofline or outdoor area. The location and access matter when arranging a visit. Avoid disturbing a suspected nest while you seek advice, and describe it from a safe distance.
Flea treatment
If you suspect fleas, tell us which rooms or furnishings are affected and whether pets live at the property. Include any recent treatment and relevant tenancy or access requirements. Ask for the preparation and aftercare instructions for the proposed property treatment before booking.

Which areas do you service?
Our service areas are Officer, Pakenham, Berwick, Clyde North, Cranbourne, Narre Warren, Dandenong, Werribee, Wheelers Hill, Patterson Lakes, Nar Nar Goon, Tarneit, Truganina, Sandhurst and Melbourne. Include your suburb in the quote request so we can confirm appointment availability for your address.
What does the $250 pest control package include?
The package includes internal and external pest treatment for a single-storey home, with free rodent treatment. Before you book, Ajay can confirm the pests and areas covered, whether your home is eligible and any package conditions. Other property types and commercial jobs need their own quote.
Can I book pest control for a business or rental property?
Yes. Tell us the property type, suburb, pest concern and who will arrange access. For a business, include any operating-hour restrictions. The work and quote can then be discussed for that property.
Do I need to know which pest I have?
No. Describe what you have seen, where it is happening and how long it has been an issue. Select ‘Other pest / not sure’ on the form if you need help choosing a service.
How should I prepare for pest treatment?
Preparation depends on the service and the areas being treated. Ask for instructions when you book, including any requirements for food, belongings, pets and access. Confirm when affected areas can be used again rather than relying on a generic timeframe.
How do I arrange a quote or booking?
